Over the past few days, media have been broadcasting the racism black people in China are enduring amidst of the eruption of the Corona Virus (Covid19). The Covid19 is said to have started from China and the Chinese government's rigid arm on information is making it hard for the researchers to dig, find and make available information that the world is hungry of as far as what the causes of Covid19 and where and why it started. This article is not try to address such academia issues but instead to highlight a serious issue the black race is experiencing in China.
Unconfirmed stories and videos show black people to be in streets and in throngs escorted by Chinese police. In the videos, the people report to have been forced out of hotel rooms and asked to leave as they are deemed to be the causes of Corona Virus (Covid19). Other videos show black people that claim to be Africans, locked up in rooms and instructed by the police officers to call in for catering services. In these videos, the black people claim to have been kept inside so they do not spread Covid19.
