California has many problems. Crime, homelessness, poverty, too many lawyers, cost of living, expensive car insurance, and extremely high real estate. So, it's no wonder people keep trying to break up this state. Don't get me wrong they have good things too, just have more bad than they should.

This list is some of the more interesting attempts to split California over the years. This isn't the complete list, just some I liked.
