With this video, our host, Aja, is going to coach you through a full body workout that will have you feeling stronger in no time. First, of course, is the warm up. You’ll be stretching to loosen up and marching in place to get those steps in. Then, we’ll head into the first circuit of donkey kicks, squat jumps and more. In the second circuit, you’ll be pumping up the volume with workouts including jumping jacks, mountain climbers and EVEN MORE squats. Then, you’ll wrap everything up with a cool down.
