Made a small blunder here...... When I say don't use he/ she as a 3rd person reference....I meant use it. I don't know what I was thinking...He, she, it, they are all 3rd person but usually whenever you draft such formal letters or cards you use Mr. And Mrs. Or the School, The staff etc. Are used.
