Specific exercise areas will be designated for over 70s as part of the 'golden hour' arrangements, and will be closed off to under 70s. These are the latest details to emerge from the Government at today's press conference as it plans to relax some aspects of the lockdown. The golden hour will be in the morning although a specific time has not yet been set. Minister for Civil Contingencies Samantha Sacramento said all aspects of the arrangements were being discussed by cabinet.
