Raab: The Prime Minister has asked me to 'deputise where necessary' The Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab - now acting as the Prime Minister's deputy - has said there is an "incredibly strong team spirit" behind Boris Johnson after he was moved to intensive care with worsening #coronavirus symptoms.

Mr Raab said the Prime Minister is "in safe hands" and has been receiving "excellent care".
