Princess Basmah Bint Saud Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Royal Family has made an appeal on Twitter to the Saudi King and Crown Prince for her release. Princess Basmah in her tweet pleaded that her health is deteriorating and she could die. Her tweet was deleted later. Princess Basmah is reportedly under arrest since February 2019. Tensions in the Saudi royal family are simmering since the rise of Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, popularly called MBS. Many members of Saudi Royal family were arrested in last two years. Some deaths were also reported. MBS was also allegedly involved in the Jamal Khashoggi assassination.
