I’ve adapted to my new routine of waking up, preparing meals, doing my daily exercises, and spending time with the hubs before the baby comes along.
I feel super proud that I’m able to whip up a decent meal all by myself now, and that I've established a workout routine that I can do every day. It’s a set of simple pregnancy-safe moves that I do for 20-30 minutes 6x a week, and it’s really helped me feel less lethargic. Dipping in the pool for a quick swim also helps me cool down when I’m heating up, especially because my baby dumpling is making me feel double the warmth.
It’s not always a good day like this- sometimes I deal with a lot of things that I’d never share online. But when I’m feeling my best, I try to make the most of it- and part of that is sharing it with you. I hope you guys enjoy this vlog and have a good Sunday ahead xx
