Student teacher’s interaction are also basic components in managing the class. in the present age teacher performs as a facilitator in the class. He helps the students in solving their difficulties and provides guidance to the students. Mostly there is activity-based learning in the class. Teacher divides the students in small groups and assign the task of the lesson. Good communication between the students and the teacher takes place. Teacher must prefer the class to the student-centered class. Two-way respect should be encouraged. The dignity of the student must be preferred. There should be open door environment in the class. the suggestions of the stake holders, specially the ideas of the parents be given good place. Efforts of the teachers in creating teaching learning environment are highly valued. Students are the future asset of the country. We are assigned to create them as positive and productive student. Teacher must concentrate on every student with different characteristics. Individual differences should not be ignored so that teacher could achieve the target in the end of the year. It is also a source of motivation. All the students could be promoted to their next higher class i.e. the basic aim of the ideal class.
