PD Sabre 3 | An Exceptionally Average Skydiver's Review

PD Sabre 3 | An Exceptionally Average Skydiver's Review I had the chance to jump the new Performance Designs Sabre 3 canopy.
Check it out here:

It's awesome.

I don't know anything about high-performance canopies, and the hype video Performance Designs put out just didn't make much sense to me — until I flew the Sabre 3.

The opening is a bit quicker but more comfortable than the Sabre 2. The slider snaps to the canopy. The end cells inflate more reliably. It doesn't oscillate on snivel like the Sabre 2.

It feels like a high-performance canopy that anyone can fly. It conserves altitude and flies calmly until you really start to give it some input. Then it performs!

I am certainly no skygod and my skills are basic at best — so here is my exceptionally average skydiver's review of the Sabre 3. Hope you guys like it!
