Ishaan Khatter as Maan | A Suitable Boy | Netflix India

Living in the shadow of his accomplished politician father and his settled brother, Maan Kapoor (Ishaan Khatter) tries to forge his own destiny.

As if the pressure of this isn’t enough, the addition of Saeeda Bai (Tabu) complicates his life quite a bit, to say the least.

Will Maan, much like most his age from respectable families, become a suitable boy- marry a nice girl and forge a ‘successful’ career? Or will he become his own version of suitable?
