MJTanner looks at the first two episodes of Syfy's new show "Magical Girl Friendship Squad." An adult cartoon with anime influences that's way more disgusting than it needs to be. If it were by weebs, for weebs we could understand but the gross-out humor went too far. On top of that, the animation and art style aren't great, the characters aren't very likable and the leans heavily into stereotypes which can get annoying. Magical Girl Friendship Squad is a hard pass from us.
