There are hundreds of best cities rankings to help you make a decision, but they all have one thing in common: both travelers and expert researchers will often say they are total nonsense. Global Liveability Report which ranks the best places to live in the world, scored 140 cities in five categories: stability, healthcare, culture & environment, education, and infrastructure. Cities such as Melbourne, Toronto, Vancouver, Sydney are worth living in due to there overall rating of facilities. Although it's hard to find a perfect match, a few select cities have the perfect combination of factors that make them the most livable in the world. While the cities within the top ten remain unchanged from last year's rankings, there have been a couple shifts in the order.
