A private firm at Nerul MIDC in Navi Mumbai is manufacturing the much needed face shield mask that is being used by frontline workers in the fight against Covid-19. The face mask shields have been provided to doctors and health workers, policemen and BMC workers. The company currently produces 5,000-7,000 shields daily and hopes to ramp up production in the next few days.
