While working on a Masters in the Arts of Teaching degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I completed a lesson assignment project for the class EDCI 111 under the direction of Instructor Pat Trohanis. The photos and architectural renderings used for that project were focused on the development of the North Carolina Zoological Park located in Asheboro, North Carolina. This video chronicles the humble beginnings of the interim holding facility that gave birth to one of the finest zoos in the United States.
