If God has brought you through all you've been through, He will continue to keep His promises towards you. No one else can do what He has done for you! Keep calling on His name and He will bring you out. But, the same good that God has done unto you can be the same evil if you turn away from Him. After He has done all these great things don't go back! Whatever shook you into this place in Christ you must remember so you don't go back. Don't go back to calling on God only when you're in trouble, we must stay continuously in His presence. It's time to stop and take God seriously.
