This episode of Jack's Country we go to watch a fishing competition at Rockford Lake in Hampshire. This is the first fishing competition held by Wayne Gray who owns a fishing shop in Bournemouth. This shop was originally owned by Dave Swallow who often went fishing with Jack Hargreaves in both "Out of Town" and "Old Country". Wayne talks about how he also went fishing with Dave Swallow and we find out if he ever went fishing with Jack. Having worked on Out of Town and produced with Jack Hargreaves 60 programmes for Channel 4 called "Old Country" I though it would be nice to continue making programmes on subjects that Jack would have chosen.
