'Stay Alert' slogan: 'Many people will be puzzled by this' says Shadow Health Secretary | Covid-19 The official UK Government advice to the public on coronavirus has changed to "Stay alert, control the virus, save lives", as Boris Johnson prepares to outline plans to ease the UK lockdown.

In the video, shadow Health Secretary Jonathan Ashworth reacts to the new slogan which has replaced "Stay home, protect the NHS, save lives."

Boris Johnson is due to update the British public on his 'roadmap' for exiting coronavirus lockdown at 7pm this evening.
